Registrations

How do I register to the EAO Digital Days?

The EAO Digital days are freely accessible for everyone. The registrations will be possible until November 8^th.

• • Up-to-date EAO members will be registered automatically. They will receive an email with their credentials.
  • For the other participants a pre-registration will be mandatory (it only takes 2 min): https://eao-digitaldays.urevent.fr/

 It will not be possible to connect with the same email address simultaneously.

My account

I did not receive my credentials to access the platform
If you did not receive your credentials, please check your spam box. If you still cannot find them, please send an email to support@openslideservices.com specifying your full name and the email address used during your registration

I forgot my password
You will be able to reset your password when accessing to the platform. We encourage you to tick the box “remember me” to stay connected. You can also register the password with your browser.

The full scientific programme is available here, you can already mark your calendar and organize your week!

This year get twice the chance to watch the whole evening starting at 18:30
America, the same day at 18:30 Central Standard Time (CST - Chicago, Dallas, Mexico)
Asia, the day after at 18:30 Singapore Standard Time (SGT- Singapour, Shanghai, Perth)

On-demand videos
All videos of our live sessions will be available on-demand the morning after their broadcast.

Interactions
You will be able to interact with our experts during all live sessions, don't miss this opportunity to ask them any question and participate in the sessions!

Language
All the presentations will be in English, there will not be any simultaneous translation or subtitles.

Technical requirements

Even if our platform will be responsive and can be used from a mobile or a tablet, we recommend you to connect from a computer with a display resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and don’t forget to disable your pop-up blocker.
